Clean Energy
Africa Gas Transport Company Limited is a representing company of EVBV and FlareOut® in Africa. AGTC is leading the implementation of projects to eliminate routine gas flaring in oil & gas producing assets. AGTC is also helping farmers develop clean bio-fuels from waste farm products. We produce and distribute the resulting products - LPG, Natural Gas, Bio-Methane and Ethanol, across markets in Africa.
Sustainability
Gas flaring contributes 500 million tons of CO2 emmision per annum. Stopping routine flaring is not only beneficial for the environment by reducing GHG emissions, the resulting captured gas can be put to good use in providing clean energy for homes and businesses, adding to the revenue stream of asset owners.
FlareOut® technology is also applicable to Bio-Gas processing, leading to development of projects that recycle agricultural waste for the production of Bio-Methane and other clean fuels.
